As a consequence, the cost of oil production decreases to $ 6 / barrel, which is a clear competitive advantage of technology applied.
Smart drilling, using a hybrid physical and statistical model to support the well site construction
An integrated engineering approach to well drilling support provides for the construction of an integrated physical (geo-navigation, geomechanics and petrophysics) and statistical model (big data analysis and predictive analytics). The software package is able to use available data several times more efficiently (currently max. 10-12% of the information collected during well site construction is used for active analysis).
5М — electronics module for distributed networks of renewable energy
The equipment provides for pre-drying and subsequent burning of poultry droppings with high contents of moisture (up to 75%). The droppings burn without using any additional electric carriers to ensure cyclicity of the entire process. The heat accumulated from burning is enough both for the preliminary drier and heating of poultry houses with birds that need to be kept in constant warmth. Such approach allows for solving the issue of bird dropping disposal and bring down costs for heating of poultry houses which usually make up to 15% of the poultry farms' total expenses.
IR WAY, night vision system
The system with a range of up to 1.5 km allows the driver to clearly observe the road when visibility conditions worsen at night. It has an affordable price and is suitable for all cars, boats, yachts. It can project images on the windshield and the standard monitor, it can be connected with the rear-view camera, etc. The core smart component of the project is an algorithm to process and obtain real time images. The technology solution is unrivalled worldwide. The advantages of the IR WAY system compared to existing night vision systems: color image; large size (has a 10'' diagonal); images based on permanent visual control.
A connected transponder-rangefinder to find out locations of subscribers to wireless carriers
A precise geolocation of subscribers is achieved through a narrowband connected channel, which does not require frequency plans and conforms to international regulations. It can be applied in all frequency ranges.

Prospects of applications:
1) As a navigation tool inside premises and industrial geolocation;
2) As an element of wireless AD-HOC networks;
3) Precise navigation and prevention of unmanned drones' collision;
4) A tool to form subscriber movement maps;
5) Equipment for emergency and special services.

REYNOLDS, a small-sized gas turbine engine for unmanned aircraft
A Reynolds engine is designed for unmanned systems with take-off weight from 200 to 500 kg.

Key features:
1) Highest fuel efficiency among its counterparts with improved fuel consumption -up to 30% less;
2) Long time between overhaul — 300 hours (6-10 times higher than counterparts);
3) Innovative layout: cantilevered rotor fastening simplifies maintenance and cooling of bearings.

SPS SPARS is a new class of free-parachuting systems for individual rescue
The technology is used for salvation / emergency evacuation of an unprepared person aged 18 ÷ 75 years as well as valuable cargo as heavy as 45 ÷ 150 kg from high-rise buildings (skyscrapers, high-sided vessels, offshore drilling platforms, etc.) up to 1000 m and more in emergencies, when traditional rescuing methods ways are unavailable. It guarantees safety, accident-proof landing on any ground or water surface.
Geo-information platform with a 3D interface, unified software suite for unmanned aircraft
The platform is designed to solve a whole set of unmanned aerial missions in a single software interface - from preparation of a flight task to analyzing flight results and generation of formalized reports. The software increases by a multiple operability and efficiency of unmanned aircraft and reduces costs related to personnel retraining.

Key features:
1) Able to connect with all types of unmanned equipment;
2) High situational awareness due to more recognizable terrain views;
3) Dynamic layers linked both to the terrain and time;
4) It uses neural networks to detect and classify targets;
5) It synthesizes the environment from a variety of information sources and user data;
6) It projects photographs and video on the terrain in real time.

MicoTech - mineral coatings to increase the life and reliability of spare parts and components used by mining and metallurgical companies
Spare parts and components of metallurgical plants are often subject to various types of wear, since they work under critical conditions, for example, abrasive and elevated temperatures. Expenses of enterprises on repair and replacement of main parts of lines are extremely high. We have developed an industrial technology of wear-resistant, anticorrosive and antifriction coatings based on minerals of natural origin, capable of increasing the time of using equipment by several times, increasing reliability, and also reducing its energy consumption.
Sensor Technologies (R&D Company) - a domestic developer and manufacturer of software and energy-efficient communication equipment "Sigma" for hazardous production enterprises in intrinsically safe design
"Sigma" is based on the proprietary 802.15.4 network protocol Signet and implements positioning of objects, collection of telemetry and a two-way voice communication and data transmission for the implementation of multifunctional safety systems in hazardous industries.
Rolltech - an automated accounting system of the warehouse account for conveyor-type equipment
Instrument for measuring quantity of hydrogen in metal - an express analysis technology, which allows for reduction of the percentage of rejects in the metallurgical industry
A measuring complex to carry out express determination of hydrogen concentration and solid inclusions in a metal melt. Possibility to use by any metal production, to reduce the time and energy costs. A possibility to determine the concentration of rejects in metal in three minutes.
MAROMA - high-resource ball closures and other products from wear-resistant cermets TiC-Me
Products from the new ceramic-metal material TiC-Me, which withstands the most severe operating conditions, allow companies to increase by many times the effectiveness and safety of production processes. Unlike competing solutions, MAROMA cermet provides excellent properties, an effective price and a high resource, confirmed by production tests. The new technology is based on combining the processes of sintering and infiltration.
